As a responsible company, the Domaine du Val is actively committed and contributes to building a sustainable future.

Our main ambitions are the satisfaction of our customers and the fulfilment of our staff, and to match our objectives, we attach great importance to the provenance of the products we offer. The Domain forefronts local products. From caterers to early produce providers, bakeries and ice cream makers; all our contributors share our desire to support sustainable tourism in the Bay of Somme. Because, more than a commitment, this represents for us a philosophy of life, both as a company and as individuals. This is why it appears primordial to surround ourselves with actors sharing this ideal. 

The objective behind this commitment is to create a virtuous circle in which not only quality products are offered thereby respecting the promise that we make in welcoming you to the Domaine du Val but also to help local actors to subsist. We are attached to traditions and to nature in our area. By linking quality and proximity, we want to contribute to building a common sustainable future. 

But our commitment is not limited to what you find on our tables, it extends to our walls and furniture too; because the Domaine du Val is also committed to using materials more responsibly, recycling what can't be reused in particular through the Association 2ème chance, one of our suppliers. 

All these decisions obviously have a common interest for the Domaine du Val: rethinking the future. With the aid of our staff, we want to put nature back at the centre of development by prioritising local know-how and quality products. We set great store by the coherence between our philosophy and our actions: it’s by cooperating that together we'll cultivate a responsible and sustainable tourist industry.
